Testfest: Provide common set of X509 certificates

Testfest discussion: Testing x509 is more cumbersome than it needs to be because there are no common X509 certificates available for testing.

Suggestion: Have a common trust anchor/intermediate CA certificate provided by OMA as well as a set of device certificates with the endpoint name

My preference would be PEM.
