Issue Summary

When deselecting all filters in the multiplayer server list games are listed which contain spectators and no players. Tested against Release 20231010 and current bleed.

Reproduction

Join an empty server. Move yourself to spectator. Watch the server list. Deselect all filters.

Expected behavior

Don't show any servers.
