I have an idling build server sitting around that I've been meaning to play around with. Once I am a little less busy with school and work I'll get it going on this. The project is super awesome so far.

I've spun up a Windows Server 2012 R2 VM that should fit this task nicely

Maybe not the right place for this but it would be nice to have a convenient place to host the IDC file as it gets updated.

There are several people with the IDA database now, but I am not sure yet what the best way is, to keep everyone's database updated.

Where is this build server?

It is hosted out of my house and has decent up-time for the most part, I wouldn't rely on it long term but its more convenient then nothing. I need to sort some things out before I turn on public access again, but its usually at https://build.nclf.net/

I gaffed up my Nginx install so right now that link has a bad cert and goes to the wrong place.

Bonus edit: Its totally free for me to operate so I can keep it running for as long as its needed.
