Adds the RCT1 steel rollercoaster trains (both variants) and the giovanola inspire 2-across trains for the inverted coaster & compact inverted coaster. They have proper RCT1 vehicle physics, default car colors, re-ordered CSG sprites, RCT2 fallback sprites, remade thumbnails, custom thumbnail for the reversed steel train, among other things!
