This commit updates the wrappers around open tree services to use v2 api rather than v1. It would mainly affect code using peyotl as an adaptor library (not the infrastructure used by phylesystem-api, with the exception of a few calls to oti through peyotl).
You can test by running the
test.shin peyotl. and test for regressions by running thecd phylesystem-api/ws-tests
sh run_tests.sh
assuming that you have your phylesystem-api/ws-tests/test.conf pointed at a server running the phyleystem-api and this version of peyotl
