Besides eliminating artifacts like this one (there is only a confirm-query.voc), some languages don't necessarily use a "does/will", rather a flexion of the verb. (german: regnet es morgen? = wird es morgen regnen?
(that said, maybe it rains tomorrow? is more common than i think it is)
We should make it optionally to bump the matching, but don't require them to form the question that way. Don't think there is much of an overlap in terms of intent matching (.. yet).
