Need help starting out with mackiato inside of optum

I see very minimal documentation in the application help.
Please direct me to a group in Teams, or anywhere else where I can chat with other users whom have this application working.
Please direct me to any existing documentation where I can see how to get started.

My main problem now is that I am trying to do a recording of a connection to an api.

I have filled in all fields to the best of my knowledge and can not get the Finalize and Publish button to become enabled.
