how to use github?

so we should create a template.html with some lorem ipsum and base all the pages off of it
it needs

  • a navbar
  • some links in navbar
  • login
  • header image
  • logo
  • favicon
  • a search bar (that doesn't work)
  • a footer
  • content container for the page garbage
  • also the navbar links have DROPDOWNS :basecamp: (a surprised face)
