Origin Plasma Chain for scalability and lower gas costs

It seems that Ethereum Plasma Cash is ready for implementation, it's just a set of smart contracts that enforce it. It would be interesting to start exploring it as a solution for scalability and lower gas costs in parallel with the development of the protocol itself as there might be some important considerations to take if we wanted to go plasma later on.

Plasma Cash is Ethereum Plasma simplified and way more scalable; And it mitigates the mass withdrawal challenges existing on the initial Plasma spec.

In theory all of the 3 mayor scalability solutions that are being develop are non exclusive and will coexist nicely.
