缺失PA或者Na2Np的时候基本上都会识别为ICME，还需要调试

需要设定只有PA输入的时候，把分母的WA也设置为1

当PA和NHetoNp都缺失的时候，我把Tout的阈值调大了，又改回了1.5

CT和CB那几个参数需要调整

不能直接照搬CA的参数。因为TextoTp、Be本身在CME中就是基本上为1的，这和阿尔法粒子质子密度比不同。可以考虑看一下cme和普通太阳风的TextoTp、Be的具体分布，然后看看怎么调一下正好调成cme大于1，然后普通太阳风中远远小于1
