Description
Reduce the resolution of any modern webcam picture to what the eyetoy game asks for.

Reason
as webcam technology gets better they are leaving behind older resolutions that are necessary for eyetoy games. for an example Eyetoy: Antigrav requires a resolution of 160x112 that was used back when dialup was common. Now today I've encountered someone whose webcam couldn't do 320x240. This problem will only get worse with time.

OBS is a short term fix but it's long term existence or it's compatibility can't be assured.
