I am trying to install PDAL on Windows using the instructions given on this link (https://github.com/PDAL/PDAL/blob/master/doc/compilation/windows.txt) but I am unable to find the config.bat mentioned in here. Also I tried using CMake, but it fails to configure with the error "Project files may be invalid"

The document has been updated to point at the CMake file in cmake/examples.
