Poor UX and difficult to use the core wallet nav

Main wallet navigation is difficult to use due to hover effect

Can you reliably reproduce the issue?

If so, please list the steps to reproduce below:

1. hover over any button in the main wallet navigation
2. the button expands to show the content
3. now try and hover over the button next to the previous one

Expected behavior

Buttons should be simple to use and not change their size when hovering

Actual behavior

The user has to move away from the first button, then reposition their mouse and hover over the next one resulting in a poor user-experience.

What version of PIVX Core are you using?

5.5.0 on Mac but have confirmed the behaviour is the same across all OS's

I don't see any problem on Linux. If you are talking about top buttons on the right, I agree they are bit tricky, but I honestly don't ever use them
