In AutopilotTester::fly_forward_in_posctl() manual control throttle is supposed to be on for 10 seconds to climb, but the log shows no where near that.

Is this sitl_gazebo or MAVSDK crashing?

I believe most of these have been resolved between slight changes to the actual tests and upgraded MAVSDK.

The biggest remaining issue is the MAVSDK test poll timeouts, but I'll start a fresh issue for that the next time it comes up.
