Solved Problem

Fixes the compilation with CONFIG_PLATFORM_ROS2=y.

Solution

Fix/workaround includes.

Thanks @christianrauch, I've got some much larger changes in mind for this soon.

That's good to see. I am quite interested in using PX4 with ROS 2 without the need to go through an additional layer such MAVLink or uXRCE-DDS, potentially with zero-copy intra-process communication.
