Chaining node components and bom

A chaining node is a pass-through PoE switch that has an ARM micro controller to face similar I/O than the PET node. The plan is to have two models, one with one output port, the other with four output ports. The essential new components compared to the PET node are the Ethernet switch and the PoE DCE controller.
