MPR Package is no longer maintained.

The Papirus Icon Theme package is no longer being maintained on the MPR, as I no longer use it and didn't see much benefit with continuing to maintain and update the package.

You can do as you'd like, I just thought I'd let you know so you could do such.

The package appears to be being maintained by only_vip if you want to update the README to reflect such now.
