The border of the search box is not clearly visible in Windows IE.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to the home page.
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When compared with Firefox, the border on the search box (within 
large_search_box) is not clearly 
visible.

This should now be fixed.  You should now see a black border around the search 
box in
both Firefox and IE.  Thanks.
