Add back the masking capability for aegean as per #114.
Add a test case to make sure that using
--regionwill work as intended.With apologies to @Sunmish for how long it took to implement this change. The PR of #136 can't be used directly due to many changes made to the code since it was created, so I have had to make a new one here instead.
