The same issue exists on IOS devices; some elements are missing (primarily the test panel). This is a surprisingly significant problem. I know there are schools that use iPads instead of laptops to save money, but they are unable to use Pencil Code because the test panel (among other things) is inconsistently visible.
I don't believe there's much that can be done about phone support though; at that point, the resolution simply isn't big enough.
