Hello @PengNi

I want clarity on using the ccsmeth train to train a new model, please what is the component in the --train_file TRAIN_FILE because this was not well described in the manual? Kindly help with simplifying what this Train file should be made up of. Thanks.

Hi @PengNi I trust you are fine, I am still expecting your response and I noticed that the output I obtained from the ccsmeth call_freqt from the read_persite file differs from the explained column output from the ccsmeth call_freqb from the modbam file which was supposed to have similar column features according to manual. What could be the cause?

Hi @olaraym , ccsmeth has a similar pipeline for training with deepsignal. All you need is to extract positive/negative features/samples, then combine them, then split them to training/validation dataset.

Please check this issue in deepsignal.

Hi,
I tried to train your code on my dataset. Unfortunately, I got this error after some steps in the first epoch. Could you please help me out?
