When a Manifold owner has a lot of things, it can take quite awhile to present the "My Things" page, and in the meantime it looks like there aren't any!

For example, the byupicolabs@gmail.com owner has 66 things. Sometimes the cards display instantly with each one having a spinner. Other times nothing displays for several seconds. So, a spinner for the whole page until the cards get displayed?
