Manifold needs the notion of a "default app"

A QR Code can be attached now to Safe and Mine. We could also allow one to be attached to other apps in the Thing Pico, with one of these selected as the default for the logged in owner, and another selected as the default for third parties (this would typically be Safe and Mine).

Then, when the owner scans one of her tags, she'll see the default app open in her smartphone. The Journal app is a good example. She would make a note in the journal from her phone after scanning the tag.

Someone finding the tag could still scan it and see the invitation to return the item.
