- Enabling a required split during an in-progress race shows no finishers until they reach the required split

Release Candidate 2 of PikaTimer.

Use the Pikatimer.1.0RC2-x64.exe installer on modern Windows 10 Systems.
For older 32 bit systems running Windows 8 or newer, try Pikatimer.1.0RC2-x86.exe
- The installation EXE's are currently not signed. You will most likely get a warning about un-trusted software when you run them. If you are really paranoid, you can always download the source code, verify it, and compile it yourself. :-)
For non-windows based systems, grab the PikaTimer.1.0RC2.zip file. Unzip it to a directory of your choosing, and launch the PikaTimer.jar file. You will need to install the latest Java 8 JRE from java.com in order to run it.
We recommend that you uninstall any existing RC1 or older versions.

Release Candidate 1 of PikaTimer.
Use the Pikatimer.1.0RC1-x64.exe installer on modern Windows 10 Systems.

For non-windows based systems, grab the PikaTimer.1.0RC1.zip file. You will need to install the latest Java 8 JRE from java.com in order to run it.
With all versions, you will need to use RFIDServer or Outreach to create the chip/time files that are consumed by PikaTimer.
