…). Fruit pedicel (PO:0009052, #487) was renamed inflorescence pedicel (PO:0009052, #89) and a new fruit pedicel (PO:0030114, #487) term was created. The exact scope was restored to the Japanese synonym of first order inflorescence axis (PO:0025104). A part_of first order inflorescence axis (PO:0052104) relationship was added to peduncle (PO:0009053). Revisions to the comment of inflorescence axis (PO:0020122). Refer to the linked issues for each term for additional context and details.

A new term, flower pedicel (PO:0030113), has been created to discern between an axis of a solitary flower vs. an inflorescence pedicel (PO:0009052), the later of which are only found in inflorescences.
Refer to issues #89, #487, and #672, #673 for additional context.
