simple screen recorder

build simple screen recorder options with or with out jack or pulseaudio it also checks if you
have multi lib installed and will build the 32 bit part for that. requires ffmpeg only for your arch
if building for multi lib it does not need ffmpeg-compat32 .
it builds a 32 bit lib to work with capturing 32 bit audio

beside that this pull request is not usable because you should rebase your (preferably) single commit on top of the latest "current" branch, ssr is maintained by another person: please refer to the maintainer for eventual changes.
BTW:

• pulseaudio has been already enabled by @rworkman , see https://slackbuilds.org/cgit/slackbuilds/commit/?id=d9022a5c7f2b8ed6e069be94e4573a030e72639b
• multilib is not supported on SBo

Thanks Ponce if some one has a ssr build in slackbuild let them have it.
Mine builds the 32 bit part that makes it worth using in a 64 bit gaming environment with 32 bit audio.
Sorry about the rebase I know what I did I sent it to my master then sent it to current sorry.
So probably way to messed up. will have a clean fork next time.
