- Meg, Francis, and Sam hosted a Q&A townhall about Project Mushroom transitioning away from Currently into community ownership
- projectmushroom.social and spore.social aren't going anywhere. We are one of the biggest activism-focused communities on Mastodon, with over 1,400 monthly active users. Server costs can be covered with existing recurring donations through the Project Mushroom newsletter
- Admins and moderators are not taking any compensation from the donations at the moment
- We want to explore collective decisionmaking that gives all members the chance to participate. Some options discussed include Slack Polls, Sociocracy, Loomio, and Inclusive Governance Principles
