A few changes were requested by Dan Matthew:

  1. The HTML5 slider label only updates on touchend/dragend event. Can this be adjusted (so that it updates as the slider is moving), like the the second example, An HTML5 Slider With Min and Max Values
  2. Change the layout so the min and max values of all the sliders appear at the beginning and the end of it.
    Especially since no start/end values are displayed, which would offer a clearer experience.
