1. Any macOS device with an M1 processor.
2. A macOS ipsw file via ipsw.me.
3. UTM

Usage

1. Launch UTM and click "Create a Virtual Machine"
2. Select your ipsw file and continue with setup
3. Let macOS install DO NOT TURN OFF YOUR MAC.
