Hi, quick question since I am completely new to the whole open source thing and don't know what proper code of conduct is.
As I am currently reading the qiskit textbook, I find a lot of simple mistakes, typos etc. I could go ahead and fix those right away. Is the proper way of doing this, even for small typos, to always open an issue first and then assign it to myself before submitting a pull request? Or can I just fix the issue and submit a pull request without opening an issue?
Also, is it okay/preferable to fix one small issue at a time, or should I gather up a bunch of fixed typos and then start a single pull request for all of them in one go?
