Option to make email transform unique

Hello,

I recently ran into an issue running replibyte restore that it couldn't restore due do the value already existing. It was an UNIQUE column with emails, I used the email transformer which I would assume don't take this into assumption that it should generate entirely unique values for a particular table etc.
