Right now we have two directories with tests in the same repo jupyter_accessiblity and testing, plus another directory jupyter-a11y-test-standard.

There should only be one directory for JupyterLab tests and another one for common-tests

This duplication/separation comes from parallel work done by folks in the team so need to be unified
