compile rgb failed

I ran "cd cli", and then ran "cargo install --debug --path .", here is the error, then I tried cargo update, but the same error printed out.

I checked different branches, from master to v0.11, but none of them worked and showed the same above error.

I downgraded the amplify-num from 0.5.2 => 0.5.1, then it can work now.

It will contain known bugs if you downgrade dependencies.

We will have new beta within this week
