admin - there is no way to edit quote when state is CHECKED

Problem

Short version

we need page with CHECKED quotes to edit them (as you need at least add backlink to url after demagog.cz publish analysis for that quote)

Long version

Demagog workflow :
You see that some quote has a lot votes, so you create page on demagog.cz and while demagog's team processing it, you checked it in our app as CHECKED so it disappear from voting page. When analysing of quote ends and demagog.cz publish cause they want to backlink demagog.cz's page - we have field for this url in our app, but there is no way how to edit it - we don't have eg. page with Checked (ie. accepted by demagog.cz team to analyse it) quotes
