🌁 gitignore: Cover more tools and editors (#296)

This commit greatly expands the coverage of the `.gitignore` file to the
following types of categories:

* TeleIRC-specific files
* Operating Systems (Linux, macOS, Windows)
* Programming Languages (Go, Python)
* Text Editors (Sublime Text, Vim, VSCode)
