pass activity_units explicitly in calculate_company_alignment_metric.R

calculate_company_tech_deviation() and calculate_company_aggregate_alignment_sda() both use the internal data activity_units by default. This should be passed to the functions explicitly to avoid R-CMD notes.

instead of passing the activity units to the relevant function, the dataset was changed from exported to internal, which removes the note too
