Rename to lv2_rsx_config
Rename CellGcmSysConfig -> gcm_config
Rename gem_t -> gem_config
Rename pad_t -> pad_info
Replace fxm::get_always
And also its unused fxm::import_always counterpart
MSVC keeps being dumb...

I saw install Firmware in rpcs3-v0.0.6-8599 crash too :( |

This caused Motorstorm Pacific Rift to stop loading into gameplay - mem error. Fine on previous build. Logged here: #6680 |
