Model contains several parameters:
- Location : Locality of the Bengaluru.
- BHK : Size in BHK.
- Bathroom : Number of Bathrooms.
- Balcony : Number of Balcony.
- Sqft : Area in square feets.
- Area Type: Type of Residence.
- Availability : Ready to Move or not.
