Hey is the non-scaling-stroke property of vector-effect implemented for paths? According to this changelong it's not yet implemented, but are there plans to include it in the future?

Since it's part of SVG2, there are definitely plans to implement it I think. But no concrete timeline. I'll try to take a look once I find the time.
