Configurable range for value changes

In case we want to ignore too small changes, the user should be able to specify this somewhere and the server should exclude all the diff values that are smaller than a value (before normalization) or a percentage (% after normalization).

Or this could be on the client side as filtering (showing only the diff values between x and y).
