Git commit message using HTML ref for forward slash characters

Actual behavior

When either creating or moving a page within a sub-directory the Git commit message uses the HTML reference / instead of a forward slash character / when referencing the directory path.

Expected behavior

Git commit messages should format the directory path correctly with a / character.
