We currently use a CDN for some of the JS and CSS libraries, but not all. There are advantages to using a CDN for these files, including quicker page load times for users.
Either way, we should be consistently use or not use a CDN.
There is an open-source backed CDN project at http://cdnjs.com/ that I suggest we try.
