Hi @arnoldasphalt , thank you very much, the new beta firmware of resumer3d is update, you can test. |
I posted a comment before this and deleted it. I was updating the firmware incorrectly and I have updated successfully. |
I installed the updated firmware to resumer3d. Powered up the resumer3d. Plugged in the printer and this is the message I am getting. Please note I have tried all the baud rates. Open and close, disconnect and reconnecting trying different scenarios all keep comming back with this message. Please keep in mind this is Prusa mk3 with the mmu2 (multi material upgrade) printer. This is not just the MK3 model. go to app boot to app connecting ...... fail to connect 3D printer! wrong baud rate; connecting ...... fail to connect 3D printer! wrong baud rate; connecting ...... fail to connect 3D printer! wrong baud rate; connecting ...... fail to connect 3D printer! wrong baud rate; connecting ...... fail to connect 3D printer! wrong baud rate; connecting ...... fail to connect 3D printer! wrong baud rate; connecting ...... connecting ...... fail to connect 3D printer! wrong baud rate; connecting ...... connecting ...... connecting ...... fail to connect 3D printer! wrong baud rate; connecting ...... fail to connect 3D printer! wrong baud rate; |
Hi, I also repeat this cause one time, and I found that original prusa i3 MK3 was not started corrently by see the LCD is in the boot logo UI. and then it worked ok after reset the printer. this may be the resumer3d send gcode command blocked the printer when the printer starting. |
Can you please rephrase all that? I don't understand fully. Also you
have to keep in mind that I have the mmu2 (multi material upgrade)
attachment that prints 5 colors attached to this printer.
I had to update my firmwares to work in accordance to this new hardware
add-on.
Please re-state what you said more explicitly for me. Thank you.

Currently I have setup this thing to work on my printer but I keep getting this header information,
"Original Prusa i3 MK3 Select This Interface.
go to app boot to app
PA1 down
Baud rate:115200; Resumer3D:V1.1.3,compile date:Oct 30 2018 12:10:39
Resumer3D:V1.1.3,compile date:Oct 30 2018 12:10:39
en
USB reset
USB reset
Original Prusa i3 MK3 Select This Interface."
I am trying to select the right baud rate and I believe that no matter what I set it to its going to repeat that message. I am thinking to myself this Resumer3d program may need a firmware update to fix this. Can anyone else please chime in on this for us? I would greatly appreciate it.
