Its most likely that its not opening because you moved the game to other harddrive or else using steam.

FIX: Move the game to your internal storage. The exe expects the normal (C) gamepath. It crashed before for me, now by moving from my external to my internal harddrive, it works

The application does not have the CS2 path hardcoded into it. As it can be seen on ApplicationSetup.cs the app looks on all the library folders a user has and then tries to find the game in them.
