Rewrite data handling to remove any association with previous owners despite .json parsing is no derivative work anyway but to be sure.

• rewrite header logic due to issues Was supposed to only triage headers but got down a rabbit hole #33 - partially done
• rewrite some stuff to generator logic from source
  • game data such as
    • nature IDs Feature: Generate Nature IDs, we just need a source which can be dict and code cleanup - IDGenerator alredy finished #19 - raw
    • or for example trainer data Feature: Request scraping data from source maybe #47 - raw
