Provide a new driver specifically for Azure Blob Storage (ABS) compatibility.

Given that a dedicated ABS adapter for Flysystem is available, it should be available as a dedicated driver.

Class: AbsDriver

Configuration options and their names are yet to be specified.

This suggestion has been made redundant now that Microsoft has decided to sunset the PHP SDK for Azure.
