What feature are you suggesting?

I want to know if I have been saved.

Why do you want this feature?

At the moment, when I do an overwrite save, I can't tell if it has been saved.
If we could be able to see that it has been saved, it might save us some unnecessary worry.

Any alternatives you've considered?

Maybe a round icon next to the tab title if the changes have not already been saved.
