After updating rustc and rust-sdl2, compile errors with undefined macro 'bitflags!' #281

I believe bitflags was recently removed from rustc, causing rust-sdl2 to stop compiling.

Just noticed that someone has already made a pull request fixing this, sorry for the extra noise.
