No updating on the zoom level of aerials.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to the map
2. Show the sattelite images at the 2 zoom levels that's furthest out.
3. Zoom in.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Updated aerials that match the current zoom level but instead I keep getting 
the low res version of the ones I got earlier. if I refresh the page I don't 
get any aerials at all.


What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest version, Chrome and FF, Mac & PC.
