The price paid and time taken to produce 110HP on a fighter seems pretty out-of-balance. As HW1, you can nearly always just queue up 200 ints on your queues and fire away for the entire game and almost always win the int fight with literally zero micro.
HW1 already has good answers to fighters at every stage of the game - I'm not saying let's nerf this unit into oblivion but its overtuned atm.

A little overtuned - HW1 ints almost seem to be trying to reclaim their 2.1 hayday by packing so much HP and build speed that they usually just overwhelm other race's ints.
